Terms of Service
01 Acceptance
Watchfire is an on-chain village game, reachable at watchfire.one, app.watchfire.one, and related sites (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
02 The Service
Watchfire runs on the Ronin blockchain. Your actions in the game are recorded on a public blockchain and are permanent and irreversible. Watchfire is not a bank, custodian, broker, or exchange, and it does not provide financial services. Depending on how you choose to sign in and play, you may use one or more wallets or accounts to interact with the game; you are responsible for keeping them secure.
03 Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain applications and digital assets, including the $FIRE token, village NFTs, in-game resources, and other on-chain items. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
04 Wallets and accounts
You are responsible for your wallet, your private keys, and any social sign-in credentials you use to access the Service. Keep them secure. Watchfire cannot recover lost keys, reset access, or reverse a transaction once it has been submitted to the blockchain.
05 No financial advice
The $FIRE token and all in-game assets exist for gameplay. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Digital assets carry risk, their value can fall to zero, and you use them at your own risk.
06 Acceptable use
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage. Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and do not interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other players.
07 Intellectual property
The Watchfire name, art, and content are protected and remain ours. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and play the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
08 Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Blockchain networks, wallets, and third-party services are outside our control, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchfire and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of assets, arising from your use of the Service.
10 Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
